WIAW #16

It's time for WIAW! I've started on a new healthy eating plan, which I will talk about at a future date once I've determined how it's working out for me, but so far so good. And it's a veggie filled plan!



Breakfast was a bowl of overnight oats with some mandarin oranges, shredded coconut and a tablespoon of chocolate peanut butter. So good!
I saw this at Target for half the price of Whole Foods so decided to give the Trilogy flavor a try. It was not at all what I was expecting! I could really taste the ginger and it was fizzy! Pretty good though.
Lunch was a pretty awesome salad: chicken, fruit and veggies!
I took the empty synergy bottle and filled it with water and some fresh strawberries. Fresh berry tasting water!
I had a yummy snack - golden delicious apple with some Justin's chocolate peanut butter.
I made quinoa for the first time mixed with some peas on a bed of baby spinach and cucumber and some chicken for protein =)
And I just have to show you this pizza I got from Pie Five last Friday night because it was so yummy it deserves a mention! It was basically a greek salad on a thin crust pizzachicken, Kalamata olives, banana peppers, Feta cheese, basil and sundried tomato puree. Delicious. 

I think I managed to get all the monthly challenges completed in this one week! Love your veggies, go green, add an extra serving! Check, check and check!
