Breakfast was a bowl of overnight oats with some mandarin oranges, shredded coconut and a tablespoon of chocolate peanut butter. So good!
- chicken, Kalamata olives, banana peppers, Feta cheese, basil and sundried tomato puree. Delicious.
I think I managed to get all the monthly challenges completed in this one week! Love your veggies, go green, add an extra serving! Check, check and check!
