I was almost sideswiped this morning because a lady in a Honda Accord who decided smoking her cigarette with one hand and texting with the other was more important than holding onto her steering wheel. Not even kidding. I almost called her in, but I hate dialing 9-1-1 unless it's an emergency. I should find the non emergency number because that was really dangerous.
I'm not guilt free when it comes to driving, but I always have at least one hand on the wheel!
