So! I was making good progress weight wise last week, and then I kinda blew off the weekend, which was bad on my part but I know that if I buckle down this week it'll be ok. Here's how I did with my goals last week:
Water intake - the majority of the days I drink almost 100oz, especially if it's a Camp Gladiator day.
Stuck to eating plan, one piece of chocolate allowed. I'm beginning to realize that not allowing myself one piece of chocolate leads me to fail. One piece of dark chocolate really shouldn't sabotage my diet. Now, one BAG will. So as long as I keep my will power and self control in check, I should be ok.Absolutely no chocolate eaten - this occasionally does happen =) I'm not gonna beat myself up if it doesn't.
Booty call is what Tone It Up calls an AM workout. I went to CG both Monday and Friday and did Tone It Up workouts the other days.
Afternoon/night time workout - CG Tuesday night, swimming on Saturday. I kinda fell asleep most of the other days. Oops.
CG and Tone It Up have me doing push ups, so it's a bonus check for doing my work outs!
Same with crunches. I count toe touches as crunches too.
So overall I think I did really well, probably the best I've done in a long time. It does feel really good to have a great week but I am disappointed that I kinda blew it a little bit with eating badly this weekend. Although, I think it's safe to say I won't be eating much fast food ever again, even Chick Fil A.
I've started this week off pretty well, with a CG session this morning, a kind bar, a banana, a grande iced coffee with protein powder for breakfast and spinach, tomatoes, pineapple salsa (homemade) and ahi tuna for lunch. Oh, and some yummy watermelon. So far, Monday is a success! I hope I can keep this up for the entire week and have some great results to show next check in!
