All the food is fresh that day from local farms in Texas. The menu is quite creative, especially the drinks. I ordered a Playa del Carmen, which was like a margarita and it came with a jalapeno in it!! My second drink was grapefruity and delicious and totally not spicy.
For dinner I ordered the grilled salmon with wilted spinach, shitake mushrooms and a cherry shallot sauce. It was really, really good. Really. I had also considered the Ahi Tuna Burger or the Heirloom Tomato and Lump Crab salad because those sounded amazing too!
