Beverages. I know the ICE stuff isn't that great, but it's really delicious and zero calories! I tried Black Raspberry and Orange Mango.
Southwestern salad from the Grand Luxe Cafe (dressing on the side). Chicken, pepper jack cheese, tortilla strips, black beans, corn (like 3 kernals - boo!) avocado, tomatoes and lettuce.
Was craving quiche and found one at Whole Foods! Broccoli and cheese and it hit the spot!

I am loving these grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches. I have finally figured out how to NOT burn the bread! Perfect with a little roasted red pepper hummus. And cheese puffs =)

Oh It's so good to know that I'm not the only one to burn the bread when making grilled cheese. I can make such complicated recipes, but for some reason when it comes to grilled cheese.. it never turns out the way it's supposed too :( haha. Oh and girl, those nachos look amazing!
ReplyDeleteWhat works for me when I make pancakes is, I pour the pancake batter into the pan minus the blueberries and wait to add the blueberries 30 seconds or so before the flip so they are in there kind of good before you flip. That way the pancake is kind of solid before you add the berries. Good luck!
