This week is Beach Week with Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up!
We're not letting go of summer just yet and we're doing one hardcore week of toning and eating lean, clean and green! I'm ready to do a major detox after last week in CA (posts and pics coming soon!) and get back to working out.
I started this morning with a HIIT and Summer Arms workout from the Beach Babe DVD, grabbed some fruit for lunch, a nice big salad for lunch and now a spinach, kale, apple and blueberry juice for snack. I feel pretty dang good just from half a day of eating fruits and veggies. It really does make all the difference.
