
When my Perfect Fit protein powder finally came in, the first thing I made was a pancake! And it's a good lookin' pancake, if I say so myself. There are blueberries in it too - they're hidden!
Salads for lunch: spinach, peach, chicken, coren, tomatoes. . .
Spinach, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cashew, roasted potatoes. . .
I missed my veggies and dippy eggs, so I roasted up some zucchini and squash I got at the farmers market topped with two dippy eggs! Om nom!
Dinner at the Q restaurant in the Hyatt in San Antonio. Roasted half chicken with jerk sauce and some fingerling potatoes. My side of veggies came out late and missed the photo op.
Perfect Fit popsicle made with raspberries and lemon juice.
Dessert at the Hyatt. Pretty dang good chocolate cake (love the berries!), but not as delicious as Gigi's (have you seen the fall cupcakes! YUM!)
