Courtney over at Sweet Tooth Sweet Life is doing another yoga challenge. I was just thinking this morning how I needed to do more yoga since I had been feeling tight, especially my hips, and this is the perfect motivation!
I'm challenging myself to at least 3 sessions of yoga, from 10 minutes to an hour, it doesn't matter as long as I spend some time on the mat (which is now a permanent fixture of my dining room, since there is no longer a table in there!)

I didn't participate the first time over the summer, and really wish I had so here is my chance to commit for one month and incorporate a little more yoga in my workout routine (which has been lacking lately).
