Yoga Challenge - Week 4

Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life

Since there were only 3 days this last week, this recaps 10/22 - 10/31.

Challenge: 3 sessions of yoga each week


Actual: 2 sessions
  • Monday - 45 minute session of Pocket Yoga
  • Tuesday - 20 minute session of Yoga Stretch
This was just not a good month for me to do this!! After my shot affecting my arm last week, this past week I had foot pain that I ended up going to the doctor about, who said rest. So I rested. Boooo. I'm going to start doing exercise again today after 5 days of rest.

I downloaded a new app called Yoga Stretch, and I love it! You're able to customize routines using 35 different poses.



These are the routines I've created so far - Warrior sequence, 60 min session and a 30 min session.

Overall, I managed 2ish sessions per week. Considering I wasn't doing any yoga before October, it's an improvement. I'm trying to get a workout schedule nailed down and that way I'll definitely incorporate more yoga each week.
